FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How does a collaboration with 3Y3 work? Every project begins with a conversation to understand your vision. From there, we structure the right path: from brand development and design to final production.
2. Can I create just a capsule collection or do I need a full brand? Both options are possible. Some clients start with a capsule to test the market, others build a full eyewear line. The process is tailored to your goals.
3. Do you only offer design, or also manage production? I offer a complete service, including technical development and Made in Italy production, thanks to trusted partnerships with top eyewear manufacturers.
4. How long does it take to develop a collection? It depends on the complexity of the project. On average, it takes between 60 days and 5 months to reach the final product, including design, prototyping, and production.
5. Do you also work with brands outside the fashion industry? Yes. I’ve worked with artists, athletes, and companies from different industries. The key is having a clear vision and the desire to build something unique.
6. Are all projects fully custom? Absolutely. Each collection is built around your specific needs, with a tailored approach at every stage: design, materials, and market positioning.
7. What materials can be used to make the eyewear? I mainly work with acetate, metal, and injected materials, but I'm open to exploring other options depending on the creative concept and project goals. Each material has specific characteristics in terms of aesthetics, comfort, durability, and positioning. The final choice is made together based on your brand’s vision and target.
8. What types of lenses can be fitted? The frames are compatible with all types of lenses: optical, sun, or clear. During development, we define the best option together based on the intended use, product identity, and positioning. Each frame is designed to offer maximum flexibility in lens selection, both functionally and aesthetically.
9. Do you only work with fashion brands, or also companies and individuals? I collaborate with a wide range of clients: fashion brands, independent designers, companies from other sectors, artists, and private individuals. I can develop full collections, custom capsules, or eyewear made as corporate gifts, promotional items, or personal projects. What matters most is having a vision to turn into a product even for a one-time occasion.
